The Idea
The concept takes its birth form what seemed to be such a common word in Milan's slang: "biga", a way of defining a bike.
Furthermore, the theme of sport and union led to a hypothetical partnership with Radio Deejay, one of Italy's best-known radio stations. These two concepts, joined together, gave rise to the name "BigaBeat".

For the logo design concept, the option that suited the most was the biker one; once applied in every variation, turned into the perfect fit.
The font decided for the logo had to be spacious but clear and legible,
and the Bebas font family was the one that suited the most.
What was only needed was to modify the original font to give more character to the entire structure and brand itself.

The Output

After developing the strategy, all of the brand assets were brought up, from defining an ideal route to developing partnerships and kits for participants; furthermore, some presence on social media was considered by thinking about a sponsorship carousel with Meta Ads.

What has characterized this project and made it stand out is the promotion of cycling across the entire Milan population, through tailored partnerships with ATM (Milan's Public Mobility) or private bike-sharing brands like Lime or Cooltra, all branded for the occasion.
Dedicated parking stalls for bikes will also be established in every part of the city.
